Rio Costilla has nicely developed campsites. Many have a covered picnic table, trees, stream less than 20 yards away and an outhouse nearby.
. I enjoyed the river off to the left of the entrance and pay station. Folks working were very friendly. Our dogs had a wonderful time too.
