Lots of shoreline since the rivers have been so low. The trail has several sandy spots from being driven on.

Super nice easy hike, mostly on paved trails but some options to walk on grass/dirt paths. 2 ridges with view of Spring Lake (off Mississippi River). Several nice stops with view and/or informative signed. Perfect for families. Can also bike. Some decent elevation changes too.
