Overview

John James Audubon Nature Preserve is a nature preserve in Kentucky. It has around multiple mapped trails in the area ranging from easy to moderate. The length of the trails vary from 0.22 miles to 1.6 miles. It includes a museum, nature center, golf course, camping, and cabins.

Getting Started

There are two main parking lots. The first parking lot is just to the left as you get into the park. It is the closest parking lot to all of the trails. There is a secondary or overflow parking area near the Eagle Glenn pet trail.

Permits

You do not need a permit to hike any of the trails in John James Audubon state park.

Dog Info

Dogs are only allowed leashed on the Eagle Glenn pet trail.
