Great ride. Very doable on an ATV or SXS. Incredible views. Pay attention to the trail after leaving Animas Forks. Easy to hop on the wrong trail. Beautiful ride overall!

Alpine loop consisting of Engineer Pass and Cinnamon Pass was a blast with our side by side, HondaTalon and Polaris Ranger.
Beautiful views and awesome trails from easy to difficult. Both vehicles were capable of the tasks only added taller tires.

Once in a lifetime views for off-roading. Or hiking but we covered 75 miles and you can’t do that hiking in a day

This was mine and my wife’s first 14er. We talked to some people at the top and they told us that we did the harder trail and that the trail from the American Basin is a little easier. Since we went back down the same way we came up, we can’t compare the two.

Trails are well marked and the views are amazing! You can find routes as easy or as challenging as want.

One of the easiest 14’ers. Beautiful flowers. There is parking below trail head if you don’t have high clearance 4x4.

My sons and I had a blast bagging both Redcloud and Sunshine! Was HARD, especially that last stretch coming back up Redcloud the 2nd time, but so worth it to get Sunshine in. View of the Rockies from the top are amazing.

My sons and I had an amazing day hiking both Redcloud and Sunshine peaks! Just under 12 miles, ~4,800 feet elevation gain, 8.5 hours on trail. Was HARD, but so beautiful and worth it to get both in.

8/25/2019 There are a few sections of snow in the drainage as of 8/25/19. Nothing too bad.
