After a much needed rain shower, we left out of Woolum CG North through the hayfield, then rode on road 14. Veering East onto Rd. 232, we traveled to Jamison Bluff Overlook, then forked left to reach Margaret White Bluff. We then crossed the Buffalo River and rode onto the Buffalo River Trail to Doc’s Rock. Seeing Dave Manes Outlook, we turned South and circled counter clockwise on gravel roads, then back on our same route to camp.

Great views easy up and down. Some stairsteppers on some fine no slip naturally occurring limestone! Great hike

Beautiful but challenging trail. Crossing the Buffalo River several times is difficult (and cold!).

This was a nice and short out and back along and in a creek bed. Small water falls and lots of rocks. There is a fairly nice trail along one side that leads off into the forest. The cave is close but still neat to see the entrance.

This was a short out and back using a portion of the Cecil Cove trail to access the falls. The trail can have some slick areas along the creek headed to the falls and the trail crosses over the small creek several times.

This was pretty. Lots of rock stairs going down and pretty good work out coming back up. Only made it to the overlook.

Hiked in after two days of rain, made for a powerful and beautiful waterfall. A few creek crossings, bring an extra pair of socks.

Hiked down to see the waterfall. It was awesome. The trails were well-maintained and marked very well. Would do this hike again for sure.

Most of the trek on Centerpoint is downhill and I would consider an easy nature walk, but the payoff once you reach Big Bluff Goat Trail is where the fun begins. A lot of caution is needed. But once you reach the end, is nothing short of majestic. It’ becomes an amphitheater for the Universe.
