Path only exists for the 1st half. Then disintegrates into almost nothing for the 2nd. So, enjoyed the first half, but second almost killed me going up and down 😭 (not literally kill but)

Beautiful hike, started at 9am and whilst there were people evenly scattered, was not too busy. Trail is rough but simple.

The other side from precipice walk. A lovely jaunt through open countryside with excellent views of Cader Idris.

If you ever have a chance to hike Mt Snowdon on a clear day- make it happen! Stunning vistas, all above tree line.

This is an excellent hike and as difficult as you make it. With parking, cafe and toilets close by, the lake is just a short walk along a cobbled path. The lake has a lovely walking trail to walk around and complete the circuit before coming back down the path you started on. Lovely scenery and a swimming opportunity for the brave.

Recorded in reverse. Ascent is about 1200ft. Round trip 4.8 miles. Very nice walk. Splendid views of snowden and Anglesey and coast.

More demanding than it seems with long steep parts at the beginning an end. A really fine view out to Anglesey at the top and a good pub at the end in Rowen.
