Great challenging trail. We walked anticlockwise, finishing in (roughly 8km) 4 hrs at a good pace with physically fit couple. Park by the Mae Pha Haen lake for trail head. We went on a cloudy/rainy day, which was good because it’s quiet exposed and would be hot and sunny otherwise. Great views. There’s about 2m drop using a white rope to assist just after the summit. Wear good shoes- loose rocks.
