Not very nice trail. Worst of all we did in the costa brava. Good miles, but no views.

Sunday so busy with locals enjoying sun and beach. Some picturesque bays in L’Escala with very clear water. We decided to skip the Roman ruins which was probably a mistake as there is not much of interest afterwards. The majority of the walk is barefoot along the surfline. Beach was mostly crowded. Fortunately found one 500m stretch quiet enough to tempt me in. Good swim! The rest of the walk was unremarkable but ok.

Beginning cross country, not very interesting but the end was along a the cast and the city of L’escale. Short hike today, gaining strength for tomorrow 😊
