Haha! 3 hours is a SUPERPOWER BIONIC FEET plus NO load hike, im Costa Rican and the avg human takes 6 hours to complete this trail. : )
It takes me 5 with 12-14kgs of load but of course most folk hire sherpas and they just hike it with a small daypack.
Beaaautiful trail , the park is just astounding.
