Muddy and rooty, many collapsed boardwalks - considerable inconsistency in trail condition and lack of maintenance in many areas. Beautiful beaches and foreshore shelves. Owen Point is particularly difficult so consider inland route. Crab shack food at Nitnaht is a highlight but expensive - need tent deck or cabin reservations to stay overnight there.

Nice walk to beach and then boardwalk through forest to South Beach. Boardwalk in poor condition with broken/missing treads in places and slippery.

This hike is beautiful, green forest to start then a mucky trail to a boardwalk through the bog to get to the plane crash site.
