Price Lake Loop(edit)

This is a easy loop trail to Price Lake in Blue Ridge Parkway.

Your gps will easily find the parking area near the price lake boat rentals or Price Lake Trail.

Getting Started

This trail loop is an easy walk around the beautiful Price Lake. The trail is very popular and can be busy on beautiful summer days. Also, be aware that the trail can be very muddy at times especially after heavy rains and it takes a long time to dry out. The entire trail is shaded by the wonderful forest of trees and there are several places you can walk out to get near the water. You will likely see people kayaking on the lake in the warmer months.

Taking Children

Perfect hike to take children on, however strollers may have issues if it is muddy. This trail is fairly level as well so no big hills to climb.
