Nice woodland trail through Mississippi River bottoms. Can be very wet in spring and buggy in summer but a nice walk in fall and even better XC ski in winter. Today I saw eagles and remnants of beaver lodge and dam. When river is frozen this is a great route to get to ‘off trail’ on river. Can easily access very tip of Sand Point.
