First day of my Camino de Santiago. Cloudy, rainy, foggy, muddy…it was great! Stopped at Orisson for lunch and was at the albergue by about 4pm. Big climb out of Saint Jean and the descent into Roncesvalles was steep, muddy and slick in places. This was a mid- September hike.
