Weather perfect hiking conditions. Trail flat but a lot of rock scrambling and roots.
Cardiovas and breathing excel. Calfs, ankles, ball of feet knees excel. Thighs and hamstrings tired still not recovered from last hike-vgd-Hips sore not recovered from last hike-gd. Back excel. OVERALL vgd-gd.
Energy level good during and after hike. Short distance and little ascent. After 2 hours at home legs a little tired. Rest next2 days. Slow pace1.5 mph due to rocks and roots and site seeing.
