The hike is easy but super crowded. We started around 7.30 AM on Friday and had very few people on the way up. It was super crowded on the way down. The hike itself is very nice and pretty easy. Keep pushing all the way to the end of the trail. Avoid hiking to the very last lake since there is no trail and its not a good idea to trample on sensitive vegetation.

Upper Mohawk Lake Trail
Left trailhead at 7, some parking still available. Few people on the way up, lots on the way down with a minor dustup between a couple hangry groups. Saw 4 mountain goats near the upper lake and a weasel with a mouse or other rodent in its teeth! Lovely spot at the top.
