Picacho Peak Via Sunset Vista Trail
This is a moderate hike that becomes difficult about the last 1/2 mile. Cables are present for all the steep parts. If you’re afraid of heights then this may not be the trail for you. Bring gloves and at least 4 quarts of water per person even in cooler weather. The top will not disappoint. Allow 4-5 hours and remember, you have to have enough energy to get back.

Sunset trailhead to summit. Came down on Hunter trail. Total time with stops about 6 hours Strenuous!
