Melones loop
This is a nice walk to take anytime except in the summer, when it can be unbearably hot. Nice views of New Melones reservoir. There is a good chance you will see deer, and maybe a bald eagle. I parked at the Heron Point parking lot, but you can also park at the fish cleaning station. I will add some photos the next time I go.
