I believe this is a moderate hike as anyone in decent physical condition should be able to do it. There were lots of kids and older people on the trail, one of them me (69). it's only about 1 mile down to Ooh Aah Point which has amazing views. Then another 0.6 to Cedar Ridge where the views aren't as good but still worth the short hike down to it. Took me about 35 minutes to get to Cedar Ridge including stops along the way. About 45 minutes on the return as i was moving pretty quickly. The views all along the hike are wonderful so i highly recommend this short hike.
