Cougar Bait- Cow Creek to Pass, then to Gardener Hut-Cougar Mt Loop- Cow Creek- Cub Creek descent.
82 mins with frequent small rests to the pass. 11 km and about 1400 vertical feet. Descent down cub was as fast as I’ve ever done it. Great conditions.

Cold temperatures last night. Waiting for it to warm up a bit. got going at 9:30. Conditions were awesome. Although I was feeling a little slow. A gorgeous, bluebird day. A great day to be “ayive”.
