I'd definitely rate this an "easy", not "moderate". Traveled it when the creeks where dry and no water over the road. Other than maybe 5 spots where the creeks might overflow the road, its just a dirt road. There are a few steep spots (down into and out of a creek crossing), but as long as the car has normal or better clearance, it shouldn't be an issue.
