Stametz Dam Loop via Sand Spring Trail and Pine Hill Trail(edit)

Overview

This is an easy to moderate loop trail in Hickory Run State Park. Terrain can be rocky in certain areas and muddy after rainfall or snow melt. This loop follows the Blue Trail to Pine Hill Trail, then Sand Spring Trail to complete the loop. It offers many different changes of scenery with plenty of rhododendron with a chance to see wildlife.
