This off road ride in the Ford F150 was a stumble upon close to the condo rented in Vail. Piney Lake Resort is a property that has cottages, canoe rental, restaurant, store. We sat on the deck overlooking the lake with a moose feeding and had a ham sandwich and a beer. The resort is on schedule to close at the end of this season due to the Denver Water Concervatory not renewing the land lease.
