I've hiked this trail many times both clockwise and counter-clockwise. It's a wonderful trail. I've extended this to include the full Parker's Loop trail that pass by the Double Oak Farm and Ed center. There are a few mild elevation climbs but for the most part it fairly easy. I'm 61 y/o Clydesdale and my best hiking time is 92 minutes, but I average about 135 minutes without significant rest stops. I've recently seen trail runners (y'all rock) on the loop, but there is room for all. Plz if you have dogs, leash them to help the angst when encountering them on the trail. Happy trails, cheers!
