Dowdy>Spring Brook>Goshawk Ridge>Mickey Mouse loop
Dowdy and Spring Brook have some bike traffic (not much on Spring Brook), no bikes on Goshawk Ridge and Mickey Mouse. Those trails are beautiful rough single track and relatively quiet. A challenging trail run in the western half of the route with nice views of the Boulder valley and out to the east.
