This is a good mountain trail run. In early October the weather was perfect for the hike, sunny and 40-50’s in the morning. Pretty steep ascent and a great view at the top where the gondola lets off. Then you can see Mt Werner which is another 2-3 miles out.

Nice hike with a great trail to the top of the gondola. Started early and didn’t run into anyone till the way down. Trail was mostly shaded with nice sections in and out of the trees.
