From Parkview to Quarry Bay via Mt. Butler
This used to be a standard 3 x a week walk for me when we lived at Parkview. It was somewhat nostalgic, therefore, to hike this time which could be the last time we do this particular hike together...who knows. Anyway, we ended up at our favourite Vietnamese restaurant for the same choices as we always have!
As to the walk, it was characterised by unusually good weather (for this time of year)! We had mid 20's Celsius and good visibility. As usual, we were passed by some serious hill runners but we were recovering from two weeks of no exercise and 10 hours in a 'plane.
