This is a great hike or bike ride. It is a 7 mile trail through marsh land. Absolutely beautiful. If hiking, be sure to have bug spray. My dog did get a couple of ticks but he is on flea & tick meds & I got them off before they bit him. I did find one small tick on me but the mosquitos are the size of a B52 so carry citronella spray & lots of water for you & your 4-legged! Enjoy!!!
