pinnacles trail to middle pinnacles peaks.
one hellacious steep climb especially the second switchbacks and the last stretch to the peaks. not dimension the vertical climb up the cliffs to the peak. and I chose the wrong peak for the best view and maximum height. I wore the heart monitor and for 80% of the hike my heart rate was between 100 and 125.
