This is an easy one-way trail (road) in Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest (Chattooga River Ranger District).
Getting Started
This is a one-in-and-out road along the Tallulah River. If you cross the river to Charles Creek Road you can continue with a longer hike. Both the Tallulah River Road and Charles Creek Road are also used by vehicular traffic so hike with care. If you continue on Tallulah River Road through Tate City you can connect to the Beach Creek Trail (Trail #378) on the Southern Nantahala Wilderness area to really add some miles to your hike and great scenic view.
