Duncan Ridge; Benton MacKaye Trail to Benton MacKaye & Duncan Ridge Trail

Easy access. Good training hike. The Swinging Bridge area has very good campsite. I counted 5 large trout and one medium trout in the sun filled shallows facing upstream. Easy hike out on the FD816. Good 2.5 to 3.0 hour loop.
