High Falls Lake Loop via Tranquil Trail(edit)

Overview

This is a moderate loop trail in High Falls State Park.

This trail goes by Ocmulgee River and High Falls Lake.

Getting Started

This was a well maintained trail. I had such a great workout. Great scenery and some of the drop-offs are pretty steep, the terrain was pretty rough too. This was my first hike ever. Just need to make sure to bring lots of water. I had a 2 qt. camelback and two water bottles.
