This is a great short and at times steep hike that gets you to both Middle & Noth Sugarloaf. From the T junction the two summits are 0.7 miles apart. The trail was in very good condition with only a very short section with a bit of mud. It does get steep on a series of rock steps as you get close to the junction and the wood ladder is in fine condition. The great views are from middle summit with fantastic views to the east and long vistas looking south & west. The view from north sugarloaf cannot compare to middle mtn but you are already up here so head on over and get them both done.
