French Louie Loop 3: West Lake Leanto #1 to Cedar Lakes Leanto #2
The second leg of my journey on the French Louie Loop in the West Canada Lakes Wilderness, Adirondack Park, NY. Departed from West Lake Leanto #1 on the NPT towards the Cedar Lakes. There was blowdown and some rough sections of the trail near Mud Lake, but most of the trail was pleasant, easy walking. Area near Mud Creek is beautiful as is much of the trail afterwards. Only major uphill was the route over Cobble Hill. Camped near Cedar Lakes leanto #2.
