This is an alternate route for Boreggo Palm Canyon Campground Loop via Palm Canyon Trail and Borrego Palm Canyon - Alternative Path.

Such a good time to go out and enjoy the wildflowers, blooming cactus, and waterfalls. Easy hike full of great sights and the trail is well marked and in great condition.
Spoke to a ranger and she said it was one of the busiest days. Even with all the traffic I never felt crowded and even had stretches of isolated hiking. Definitely not a hike if you’re looking for complete solitude though.
If you’re in the SoCal desert this hike is a must-do.
