Honopu Trail(edit)

Overview

This is a moderate one way trail in Kokee State Park.

This trail is challenging, and it can get very hot, so bring plenty of water. The view is stunning and is a good alternative if you weren't able to get a park reservation. It provides you with an amazing view of the Napali Coast.

This trail goes by Honopu Ridge Trailhead.

Getting Started

Parking can be difficult and the trail can be hard to spot, so pay attention to where you are on Gaia GPS. There is only space for about 3 cars, and it's on the side of the road in a grass pull-out.

Taking Children

Would not recommend taking children on this hike, as it is very steep, and quite dangerous towards the end once you reach the ridgeline.
