Taking Children

This is an easy hike that can be accomplished successfully by older preschoolers and elementary school children. If you tackle the full loop it can be a bit tiring but doable. The ground is well manicured and flat. There is plenty to look at.

This park is well designed to support bringing children. There are plenty of pull offs along the trails that are great places for snacks and rest breaks. Excellent views and some reading can keep kids going throughout the entire thing. 10/10 for kid accessible and nice.
