Very nice trail , relatively flat for 1st mile, steepens after that. Very nice birch and beech forest about 1/2 way up. Excellent views of high peaks and Lake Champlain. If it has recently rained expect the middle section to be mucky and slippery. Fire tower at the top with excellent views, although views without fire tower are great as well
