Three Corner Rock
Warning I feel this trail is “closed” but this is a great trail, water throughout (for the dog and me to refill water bottles) and at the top awesome views of the Peaks in the area (St Helens, Rainier, Adams, Hood and Jefferson). There was a new road through the trail near the start. My Gaia app came in handy to get me back on the trail as I followed the road a bit and found a cut that I could get up in to the forest on and then bushwhacked to the trail. After that the trail was there to follow (for the most part, the trail has not been maintained for a long while or no one has been on the trail in some time, unfortunately) The “foot bridge” on the map was not there in the real life. There were rocks that were spaced well for me to stay dry and get across it. I came out on a clear cut and followed the road (not on the map) for a bit and found cairns to guide you back to the trail. Beautiful day, it was windy but being in the trees kept it down. Now the wind on the trip felt it could blow me away.
