There is nothing difficult about this trail system. It's a very flat and easy trail system that poses no challenge to an advid trekker. Very busy area. If solitude is what your looking for you will only find it in a small lesser traveled area in the far east end of the trail system. During the summer and fall seasons it does offer beautiful scenery. No mountain bikes allowed.
