West Kill Mountain via Devil's Path(edit)

Overview

This hike is a moderately strenuous out-and-back hike (at double the mileage noted here) to West Kill Mountain in Hunter-West Kill Wilderness.

This trail goes by Buck Ridge Lookout.

Getting Started

Trailhead parking is available on Spruceton Rd. (route 6) in West Kill, NY. There are three small-to-medium size lots near or at the end of Spruceton Rd.: one lot fits ~30 cars (parking creatively), a second lot fits ~12 cars (again, parking creatively), and the third lot, at the very end of Spruceton Rd., fits ~10 cars.
