Cleetwood Cove Crater Lake
THE premier trail at Crater Lake National Park, as it is the only one that takes you (legally) down to the waterfront. It is approximately one mile down a steep winding trail. At the end is a 30 foot cliff where many people dove into the deep, frigid water! If only I had been prepared, I would have jumped in as well. This is a quite difficult trail, especially since it was very warm and sunny that day. I recommend bringing water so you can take your time exploring and just enjoying the view at the bottom!

Cleetwood Cove
Pit toilet at TH and down at the bottom Well maintained trail but very steep with lots of exposure. You can swim in crater lake so bring a towel!
