Overview

This is a moderate one way trail in Arizona. This trail takes you through water.

Getting Started

This hike starts at Mooney Falls. Getting down the cliff from Mooney Falls is a bit challenging and not for the timid. Remember, going down means you have to go back up to get out. There is no other way in and out other than helicopter. Once down in the canyon you will follow the trail to Beaver Falls. Water shoes are a must. We brought two pairs and changed in and out however next time just the water shoes will be sufficient. Such a wonderful beautiful hike.

Taking Children

The hike itself is fine for children however getting down the side of the cliff and back up would be challenging for anyone under 10-12 years old.
