MDI-Long Pond via great Notch
Footloose hiking group. Beautiful, would do again. All in the woods and shade. Going up and over the notch was no big deal. Stopped at 1 mile swimming rock for lunch for Over an hour. Took a nap and walked back by myself. I beautiful day. 75° F Add this time to the total time.
