A nice one for mid-October when the leaves are beginning to change. Without the AT shelter side-quest --- seen one, seen 'em all --- it's a nice four mile loop, with only a couple of short steeper sections. There's a pretty clear trail to the plane wreck. Everything else is so well marked as to be unmissable. Best part: the weekend mob all humped up to Humpback Rocks instead.
