66-80s. Mostly sunny, gorgeous, hot, humid, still (especially in valleys). Tough hike with disappointing views. Minor right hip pain initially, quickly went away. Left knee pain on descent of ridge 2. Kept a good steady pace for roughly 10 miles, then started to feel heat exhaustion climbing out. Nauseous a few times. Had to take frequent breaks. Stuck feet and hat in water a few times. Inside of both thighs started to cramp 3 times on climb out. Some strain on right butt cheek. Saw mama deer with babies on final descent. Laid down for a while after finishing.
