Good running no stops. Knee felt ok as long as striding landing on ball of feet. Minus 2 minutes couldn’t get to app and had to reopen etc.
Monday Morning Trail Running
Slow run and walked 30 seconds twice. Body tired today. Legs and shoulders. Four hours sleep? Top of butte twice today.
Wednesday Afternoon Hiking
Right knee pain could only jog. Shoulder and legs zero energy. Walked part of trail.
Best down. Tied 1:03 RT
First run with running shoes. Huge difference on the body. Tied for fastest down.
