This was my wife’s and I first time at this place. We arrived about 10am wasn’t bad parking, perhaps 10 cars.
There were 2 pit toilets that were stocked, however no hand sanitizer, but I always bring my own.
The views from the parking lot were spectacular, it appears that there are 2 “take off” areas that are for para-gliders.
The hike itself today was nice, no rain, trail was in really good shape.
Got to the top of the dome about 1230ish and it was definitely starting to become busy. Took some pics ate a snack and headed back down.
Ran into a lot of people coming up “hiker rush hour” a few trail runners. People had their dogs mostly off leash, however their pets were under voice command which is super nice.
Slight breeze at the top and after the hike was cold.. upon arrival it was like 32-33 degrees after hike it was like 38-40 with breeze
