Marymere Falls Loop
Overview
This is an easy out and back trail to Marymere Falls in Olympic National Park. It begins along a paved path that crosses a few roads before heading into the moss-covered forest. There are plenty of signs pointing in the direction of Marymere Falls. Near the waterfall, the trail turns into a loop - either branch will get you to the waterfall and its viewing platforms.
Getting Started
The trail begins at the Lake Crescent Lodge in Olympic National Park. There is a large parking area behind the main lodge, but it fills up quickly with beach-goers, especially during the summer months. Look for the trail sign near the open field that points to Marymere Falls and Bovee's Meadow.
Taking Children
This is a great hike for children and has minimal elevation. The trail is wide, well-marked, and easily accessible from Lake Crescent Lodge. At the waterfall, there are a good amount of stairs leading to the viewing platforms.
