Better for fitter hikers. This was a beautiful route with stunning views, but there are lots of roots and some muddy parts that require balance and agility. Not too strenuous and very worth it!

Very muddy. Great views from 1st and second lookout. Much tougher past the second lookout and the views do not get much better.
