This is a easy one way trail in Virginia.
Parking is on Rt 522. The trailhead for this trail is across the street. The trail parallels RT 522 for about 1/4 mile before turning North and up hill. Ther terrain is not too rocky but it is a steady ascent. It is not too heavy traveled.
